West Kentucky Alliance for a Vibrant Economy

The West Kentucky Alliance for a Vibrant Economy or WAVE is a strategic partnership of Ballard, Carlisle, Fulton, Hickman and McCracken Counties in Kentucky. These counties share many of the same assets:  small town compassion, strategic location at the confluence of the Ohio and Mississippi rivers, extraordinary ecology and culture, first-class education, strong agriculture tradition and access to social services.
